Return Policy
- Eligible products can be returned within 7 days after the delivery date.
- Our team handles your product with utmost care, however, if you are unlikely to receive a damaged product, you must mail us the picture of the product within 48 hours of delivery.

Label Kasya holds the right to not accept your return order, if you place a return request after the given span of 7 days, or if the product is used and damaged by the end-user.

Team Kasya is dedicated towards a free and easy experience for the customers, hence we make sure of good quality packaging and are committed to deliver your orders by safe and well-renowned delivery agencies. Delivery may take upto 5-6 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. After successfully placing an order and after Label Kasya has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the customer will receive a unique tracking identity number through email & SMS. The user may use the tracking number on the website of the Delivery agency to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery.
