Refund/Exchange Policy

In cases where you might change your mind, here are our return/exchange policies :

• Eligible products can be returned within 14 days after the delivery date.
• Our team handles your product with utmost care, however, if you are unlikely to receive a damaged product, you must mail us the picture of the product within 48 hours of delivery.
• In case of size exchange, please write to care@kasya.in with the subject: RETURNS. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
• If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at :
• Label Kasya holds the right to not accept your return order, if you place a return request after the given span of 14 days, or if the product is used and damaged by the end-user.
