Sizing

What are the sizes you generally offer?

We currently have sizes ranging from XS to XXXL.

I fall in-between sizes. Which size do I buy? 

We would recommend you to go through our size chart to determine the right measurement according to your fit. As a general rule, for dresses and tops we recommend sticking to the smaller size. For our loungewear maxis, our sizes are 3-4 inches larger than market sizes. So we recommend checking the size chart before placing orders for a better experience. 

 

Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer alterations.


Shipping

What is your lead time?

Our usual dispatch lead time is 24-48 hours from the date of receiving an order. In transit it takes around 4-5 days before the delivery date. We work Monday through Saturday and are closed for Sunday.

What is my order status?

All orders are dispatched in 2 working days from the date of receiving an order. You will receive an email notification once the shipment has left our studio along with the tracking details. Please be assured that we will try our absolute best to ensure the order reaches you at the earliest. In case of any delays, our customer service will notify you accordingly.

Which couriers do you use?

We use Bluedart, Delhivery and DTDC for all our domestic shipments.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free shipping above orders 999/- and we charge a minimal fee of Rs.100(Non-Refundable) below that amount.

The tracking says my order has been delivered but I haven't received it.

This is an unlikely event and has happened only a handful of times. Since we use external delivery partners we will need to check with the courier partner to understand what has happened. We would suggest writing to us at care@kasya.in and we’ll help sort this for you.


Orders

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

If your card or bank account has been debited but you have not received an order confirmation email from us, please check your spam and promotions folders. If you are still unable to find it, please write to us at care@kasya.in with Subject: ORDER CONFIRMATION MISSING

I need to update my delivery address and/or contact details. How do I change it?

Please write to us at care@kasya.in at the earliest opportunity with Subject: CHANGE IN ADDRESS. If the order has not been dispatched, we would be more than happy to help.

I want to cancel my order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at care@kasya.in within 24 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund. We do not offer refunds beyond this period.. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation. Our usual dispatch lead time is 1-2 working days from the date of receiving an order.


Returns

I want to return my order. How do I go about it?

You can initiate the return process through our website on the shipping and returns page. You will have to place your order number (mentioned in the order confirmation email) and email address to initiate the process.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer size exchanges and we do offer refunds.

The size I am looking for in a specific style is out of stock on the website. When will it be back?

We make our products on the basis of sales, our best sellers usually go out of stock quickly, we try to refill the stock as soon as possible. Incase of any urgency, please write to us your reason and we would be happy to help you out.
